This spring, NOW Gallery is all about harmony and finding those peaceful moments, displaying designer and artist Fred Butler’s therapeutic world in her newest exhibition Harmonics in Space. From February, Fred will transform the NOW Gallery into a zen destination where she will explore light and colour as a much-needed antidote to winter’s SAD (seasonal affective disorder) and the demands of urban living.
The harmonious space will become a destination for wellbeing, where visitors are invited to explore the energy of chromotherapy (often known as colour therapy) and find joy in both light and colour. ‘Healing spheres’ will be a key feature of the installation: three dimensional structures that invite visitors to put their heads inside to experience a range of colourful lights.
Starting in the dark winter months, this exhibition provides an uplifting relief from London’s winter landscape and takes us into the lightness of spring.
